SHIPPING POLICY

The product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed and will be delivered in 5-7 working days if the garment is ready or might take 10-15 working days in case of unavailability.

If we are unable to fulfill the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be canceled.

The prepaid orders shall be canceled and the refund will be initiated. If the customer doesn’t receive the refund, please reach us on +91-94 685 90 026 for faster assistance. (it takes 7-8 days for the amount to reflect back in your account)

For any complaints strictly regarding refunds, it can be emailed at info@arhams.in and the concerned person will assist on priority.

Cancellation by the Arhams

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled

Include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank/Card Account (for e.g. 5-7 working days).

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Arhams and accept Arhams’s decision regarding the cancellation.
